CounselTrack Service Management System:

CounselTrack is an integrated service-management system that provides a total data resource for tracking human service clients and employees.

CounselTrack allows staff members to track clients and their cases from initial contact to resolution. Special screens help set up the case with needed demographic and other pertinent criteria and problem identification. The program offers full accountability of case tracking and goal progress.

CounselTrack also lets agencies track all information about their staff members, ranging from employee certification requirements and supervision, to budgeting and seniority matters.

Currently in use by both family service centers and elderly-care facilities, CounselTrack is a sophisticated, but easily mastered software system for accurate, effective, and efficient service management.
